The entire process went smoothly. When there were a few hurdles, Alec our specialist was always there with an e-mail, with a phone call and with no delay. Often I felt like we had his undivided attention! Alec answered every question I had and provided
documents for me to review so that I could be assured of the accuracy of his information. He called me when my parents were lost on the way to his office out of concern for their safely. He must of sent me over one hundred e-mails! He continued his undivided
attention even after the loan had closed when there was some initial difficulty in the repayment of excess funds my parents had withdrawn at the close of escrow. This type of attention to detail and service is unheard of in this day and age. My parents and
