I've filed a total of 3 claims so far (out of hundreds shipped mind you) and have had a pretty pleasant experience with the company. I made sure to supply all the documents they asked for and received my payment promptly by paypal. That's a pretty nice option as based on a previous experience with another company I used, they only pay with by check. Of course it's insurance, nothing too exciting there, but the are definitely someone I can count on when needed so far!
