I tried several times to purchase more Skype credit with my Visa bank card unsuccessfully. Each time I clicked on submit, the window just disappeared and nothing happened. A seemingly easy fix… just call customer service and pay over the phone or at least speak to a human being that can help, right? WRONG!!!
Apparently, SKYPE has much better things to do than tend to its customers in real time… just send us an email, and we will get to you just as soon we can or want or not at all… WHO CARES, it’s not like you can call and complain.
SKYPE is officially the WORST in CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
