I will Never order Anything from this fraudulent company Again.Placed an order on 4-6-11 for an eternity band size 4.(only reason I used this company is because they had (small sizes & positive advertising) Should have read reviews first. They seemed legitimate.Through e-mail was told I would receive it in 5-7 days..Sparkles Forever immediately took amount out of my checking account.Gave bogus tracking number,Will not return phone calls.Get a message when calling the so called customer service number.With No returned calls & all e- mails come back as non deliverable.I still have not received my order.There is NO customer service with this company. It is pathetic that a so called Business is allowed to do this and I am amazed they are still getting away with this & with no consequences. I have disputed this charge with my bank & have filed a complaint with the BBB.Also gave information to the Post office, As this is considered mail fraud.
Wish I had used Pay Pal.Will chalk it up to another life lesson...I hope the BBB gets involved and they stop this company from fraudulent Business practice & taking advantage of people.
