I strongly recommend staying away from this business. The coupons are very misleading and if you question the astronomical hike in prices when they arrive they start to get very upset and never give you a straight answer. I tried to talk to the owner to understand the rate hike but he escalated to combative as soon as I called. I had about 700 square feet I wanted cleaned and the owner who never even went out to my property told me I had over 1000 square feet to be cleaned. The entire house is 1800 square feet and I only needed part of the upstairs cleaned. I was completely shocked by the way I was talked to and the change in tone once I questioned the $150.00 rate increase. I wanted my carpets cleaned and was told that even if I paid the $250.00 for the 700 square feet of carpet they would not be clean and still look gray. I ended up going with another company and my carpets look amazing! This is a business to be avoided at all costs!!!!
