Lighthouse Consulting Group helped me through the most difficult time of my life. I was losing my home and I felt like my whole world was falling apart. When I first spoke to Vic he really made me feel at ease with his knowledge of the industry and he was very reassuring of that my situation would be resolved.
While talking to Vic, he explained what how I could save my home. We sent our documents over to Lighthouse to analyze and during that process it was evident that there was some irregularities in the foreclosure process. Lighthouse uncovered a back-dated Assignment of the Deed of Trust after the Notice of default. Another Document called the Declaration of Compliance was signed by a Robo-Signer. There was also a Substitution of Trustee after the Notice of Default. All of this added up to a wrongful foreclosure. This information gave me leverage over my lender to renegotiate the terms of my loan and now I have a mortgage I can afford and I don't have to worry about moving back home to South Carolina.
