So after reading all the bad comments about Swoopo. I decided not to use the bids I purchased from them. They sent a new T&Cs saying any bids bought AFTER Feb 1 2009 would expire 1 year after the date of purchase. I bout mine BEFORE that date. They also include a link to the "Refund" page, which does NOT work.
I decided to login into my account and still saw my 50 original bids. Then I proceed on closing my account, in the expectation that the bids would get refunded. NOT SO! They just log me out, and sent me an email "we've deleted all the info of you from our system".
As in understand that they won't give a refund??
So yeah I think this is a fraud!. How did BBB give them a "A" rating is beyond me. A to SCAM if you ask me.
