We have had a continuous nightmare dealing with the owner Lance Whitlock. We spent over 8 months trying to get him to repair a major defect in the way the builder poured our slab. Our house was flooding and he spent 8 months lying about what he was doing
and also blamed everyone else for why it was taking so long. He only became actively engaged when we prepared a lawsuit against him and hired an engineer. He will smile to your face and tell you what he thinks you want to hear and good luck to you if you have
