This company is fraudulous, do not give them any of your $$$.
We had to pay them $3,000 before upon signing their contract, before they would do anything. Well, they still never did anything. We have never received any documentation reflecting any negotiating they've done on our behalf. They never answer their phone, and never return phone calls. We were promised our mofication would take 6 weeks, and it's been 6 months with nothing accomplished. I postponed my foreclosure myself, since they didn't do it even though it was caused because they kept dragging their feet.
We have requested a full refund, which we have yet to receive.
