I've been paying x-banker since September 2008 and just recently changed my entire bank profile as a result of no progress with these scams. Like a fool, last year I notified them that I wanted out because I had already paid them for almost 1 1/2 years and no results and indicated I wanted all my money back. They sent me a cancellation form to sign indicating I would get mo money back and I politely contacted them to let them know that I refused to sign...I just want all my money back. A few days later, Miriam called me to say she had great news for me that because I already had business credit established, I could go ahead and advance to their business credit second tier level and could get lots of funds through them. They gave me a coach Rob Rowland who did nothing but tell me from the beginning that no mater how good my perfect business credit was, I would not be able to get much if anything, because my personal credit would be reviewed. I thought to myself, why am I paying all this money (107.40) every month, to pay a part of their salary? I became furious and spoke with Miriam again who informed me that I would be working diligently with X-Banker himself and would be able to progress smoothly. I went for that also and continued paying them. They sent me through another website program that follows you through steps on repairing your personal credit and I also had offers from other funding companies affiliated with X-banker and nothing was accomplished with them either. Now I have given up and refuse to give any more of my money.
In essence, I feel I was framed because when I look back on this entire situation when this nightmare began, I was a client of Business Credit Services located in Las Vegas and their affiliate partner at Business Marketing Services. BCS helped to start my business credit with no personal guarantee in 2006 and I attended two of their awesome seminars in Las Vegas where I met Business Marketing Services and X-Banker. BMS built my website and I am still a client because they do my marketing. Around May of 2007, X-Banker called me and indicated they were affiliated with BCS and he wanted to help me take my business to the second level, tier 2 business credit. At that time I did not have the funds $5000.00 so we hung up. Approximately 9 months later, he called again to say I qualified for their starters program and I could pay 300.00 now and monthly payments of 107.40 for about 4 months and by then, I would have a solid loan advance and could pay them off the additional owed of the 5000.00. I signed up immediately because I really thought he was for real because of the good success I had with BCS and meeting him at the seminar. I then received another email from a guy that was working with BCS when I joined so I really felt comfortable in signing up. It was all a hoax…the solid loan advance did not exist because I have not received anything out of almost 3 years. All I have been receiving is funding companies calling to get all my business information just to put it on their records and D&B contacting me to say they could help build my D^B report for more money. Maybe they are all affiliated together because that has not worked either and I have a score 80 with D&B so when I paid them over a year ago to update my profile; that didn’t do anything either.
What we all need to do is get together and file a class action lawsuit against them. If anyone out there willing to do it, then I say let’s do it. I will be waiting for someone to respond…anyone that has been scammed by them should participate so we can get our money back. They are also found on ripoffreport.com and unless someone takes action, they will continue doing this to other innocent people that are desperate in taking their business to the next stage.
Whenever you receive a telephone call from anyone saying they want to help you with anything pertaining to growing your business of taking your business to the next level…hang up fast and run. Don’t look back because when you do you will find them stabbing you right in the back. Let’s go after these scams by filing a class action lawsuit. I will be filing my complaint with BBB right now.
