Review 9/16/2011

Today, 9/15, I t had a bad experience Toyota of the Desert. I called about a car on their website, a 2009 with only 20,000 miles. I was quoted a price lower than the price listed. When I called to set up an appointment, I again asked about that specific car and was given the same price I had been quoted. When I got to the dealer, during the test drive, the salesman again confirmed the price for the car. But, when I sat down to actually talk about purchasing the car, I was told the true price was the "listed" price, $2600 above the price I had been quoted multiple times.
We took 2 hours of our day to be involved in basically a "BAIT AND SWITCH" operation.
Be careful with this dealer!
