Writing a review on my experience with Troop Real Estate, specifically Traci Mahone (Jan, 2011-July, 2011). My husband walked in to Troop fresh from Nashville, TN. Traci bound out from her desk with, "Hi, how can I help you!?" We knew it was going to be a great fit. We had lots of catching up to do on the California market. Yikes. Traci walked us through methodical step by methodical step. She also had our energy matched step for step! Impeccable communication. She knew everything we could ask on 'short sales.' She never sugar coated anything, but with an encouragement to 'just hold on' when appropriate, we now own our dream home. The Good Lord put her in our path, I'm certain it wouldn't have turned out as well with anyone else. She was on our side for more than a paycheck. That was our experience with Traci Mahone.
