I shipped a bike a week ago via UPS. The quote was $20. Today I got a bill for $85 from them saying my bike was "oversize". I am very upset about this! if it was "oversize", please told me before I shipped it! I could have shipped it via Fedex with a lot cheapper price!
I feel this is a totall rip-off!
