Please read all reviews related to this company. I did not file a complaint until the last time they ripped me off. The reviews all sound pretty familiar. Where I really messed up was using US Bankcard a second time. I truly believed that all of the propblems were just a fluke. My words of advice would be to keep a close eye on your monthly charges and statement and I can only wish you the best when trying to cancel your service. Both times that I used their services, it took several months to get the account closed (after several phone calls and emails) while still being charges monthly fees. I can honestly say that when I called for assistance,I did exactly what their representatives told me to do (thats why I called right)and I still had problems! When you speak to their rep, they will blame everything on you so be warned!!!
