TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH
I have had NOTHING but troubles with this company's way about things. Important information has seriously been with held from the beginning (ie there being an annual fee, VERY SPECIFIC cancellation process and fees). The customer service is rude and the people lack knowledge! I have paid more in fees than I have even brought in transaction wise! These fees ($40, $70, $100, etc) were charged due to NOT receiving statements but every FEW months...where supposedly all this (5 pages worth) of info is that i'm SUPPOSE to know. When talking to customer service about the issues I get the response "well i'm sorry that's just how it is. We don't refund". After the 3rd time of having uninformed fees taken out of my account I go to cancel. I call in and ask what steps I need to take to cancel my account. I am told "oh all you have to do is write a cancellation letter and fax it in." I was also told that I would only be charged the last statement fee after the annual fee date. I call two weeks or so later and check if its for sure canceled and it was. I get a letter in the mail stating USBS deducted $195 for an early termination breach of my "processing contract"!!!! I was never told of a timed contract from the time I signed up and no where does it state this in my paper work!!! AND you have to give them 30 days notice to cancel the account....which again was NEVER mentioned. This company is withholding information and is flat out shystee!!
