Warning! US Mortgage Modification is a SCAM. Take a look at their rating of "F" on the Bettter Business Bureau site. In addition, I have just learned that this SCAM is being investigated by the California Department of Real Estate.
US Mortgage Modification is just one, of a seemingly endless number of interrelated companies that are constantly popping up and/or disappearing under related names and web sites. After being scammed by some of these companies, I finally filed a lawsuit against them when someone called and represented himself as an "attorney".
Recently, I tried to contact someone from one or more of these "companies" (it's impossible to tell which ones still exist and which ones do not, except that they seem to use many of the same phone numbers and/or addresses), in order to determine what address I needed to serve court documents to, I was finally able to speak with "Samantha" who literally told me to "F off" and slammed the phone down on me.
Mark Moss is the mastermind behind these scams and is one of the owners.
The following companies all appear to be related to US Mortgage Modification (they may, indeed, be the SAME company):

US Debt Settle

US Financial Products
US Loan Audit
US Mortgage Modification
US Tax Debt Relief
Of these, THREE(Capistrano Beach Funding Corporation, US Mortgage Modification, and US Fincial Products) have ratings of F by the Better Business Bureau and the others are not listed. Before you do business with any of these, make sure you look at the BBB reports. Finally, one needs to question why the address listed for this "company" is:

This address is nothing more than a PO Box at the UPS Store in San Clemente. Of course, another address that Capistrano Beach Funding uses (according to the California Secretary of State) is:

The sheriff's office just recently a subpoena for Moss to appear in court with the statement from the landlord/owner that Moss was no longer a tenant and had not left a forwarding address (what a surprise).
Moss did accept a subpoena at another address (quick, file your law suit against Moss and his scam companies – before he moves again and doesn’t leave a forwarding address):

Of course, Mark Moss is NOT a lawyer and is NOT registered with the California Bar Association.
Many of these "companies" (listed above) are currently being investigated by the California Department of Real Estate for ripping off many, many other people. Call the California Department of Real Estate TODAY before you do anything else.
Do NOT do business with these people - you could lose your home! I only saved mine by declaring bankruptcy at the very last possible moment.
