I'm currently battling with United Payment Services, Inc. over an early termination fee, that I explicitly asked about prior to setting up the account with these people. I've had the account for just under a month, and they want me to pay them $399.00 to terminate. Does anyone have any advice for me regarding this matter? Any advice is welcome. I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with them, there are better, more honest credit card processing companies out there to do business with.
