United Payment Services has apparently changed
|
As an owner of a small business I did my do-diligence before picking out which credit card processing company to use. I was a little nervous about using them due to some reviews I read on the internet (including ones on trust link) but most of the reviews
were from 2012 or before and I really couldn't find anywhere else that beat their pricing- so I decided to take a chance. I have to say I am very pleased with United Payment Services. Whenever I have issues with anything I call their customer service and I
am always greeted with a pleasant disposition (which is not the case everywhere). I remember I spoke with Jenn (I think was her name) when I was having problems and she was very knowledgeable with the terminal that I purchased and was able to fix the issue
within a matter of minutes. I didn't give them 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement but all and all I think this company must of changed and I am very pleased with the service I received here.
