First I was promised the great service they offer. And a free reader and a 90 day trial. Then after 2 weeks of being told I could run cards online I get told I need to pay them almost $100 for the reader and set up fees. I did not want to pay for a free reader then I get a call back oh ok the reader is free now but it is the same price because of S/H and insurance (by the way $1 = $100 in insurance on UPS) I pay them and get the reader it does not work the link they sent me after calling (UnitedPS) I get told to call roam data I call them only to find out I need to now buy software. Ok it is only $3 so I get it. I charge 2 calls one on Thursday the other on Monday. I get a call on Wednesday saying I have over $3800 dollars and it is now all on hold. What no I have 2 charges with a total of $580. Well prove it and we can get it to you. I rush to the office and fax it to them I was told they will call the next day. Two days nothing I call and get told well they crossed me with another account. Now I have been promised my money for over 4 weeks and nothing. Scott does not return emails nor does he answer calls there is some little punk who thinks he is the VP of the company I looked him up and found he is VP of the risk department only he did nothing but listen in when I was on hold and yell at me that if I did not like it I could go else where to get service. Now they said 1 of the 2 transactions are going to be to me within 1 to 2 days guess what still not here 5 days later. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I called to cancel them I then find out that there is no 90 day trial I have to use them for 3 years. What I never would have agreed to that. Well you can pay us $399 and we can let you out they say. Well you owe me $580 I tell them. They tell me to refund my customers and then close the account so the total cost of learinging this scam is $100 for the free things $3 for the software $399 for the cancel fee $580 of lost income... My total loss when I am done $1082. Lets work together to have them taken from an A to a No longer in Business :-) after all this many lies and taking money that is not yours and fake a contract should be grounds for closing
