UnitedTech Lender Services,Inc. Or AKA UTLS is a fraudulent company. They assign work to Real estate brokers and agents around the nation promising to pay them within 30-60 days. As of October 19, 2011 our company is owed for numerous Valuations that were completed back in January and February of 2011. There phone lines go straight to voice mails. They don't return emails or voice mails. I don't understand how they are still in business. Business professionals BEWARE. Stay clear of this company.
