I have had no issues with customer service. When I place an order, I read the requirements. I want a TV, however, I will never order a large one since it cannot be returned. My issue with the company, I placed an order and it took two months and a complaint with the BBB to receive the merchandise. As of now, I am completely satisfied with the company after receiving my order. It is the shipping time that is the worst and needs to be worked on. After waiting a couple of weeks for a TV a couple of months ago, I called to cancel and they did so right away. It took 48HRS to show up on my account it was cancelled. So I ordered skin care. Over a month to arrive. If you want instant gratification, do not use this company. You may be waiting for sometime. If you can go let's say 30days+ without the item, then it is ok to order. Other than shipping, no problems with company- YET; based on reading others reviews.
