These folks deserve positive feedback! Not only were they helpful during the call, even provided a free evaluation of whether the files could be recovered. It was a quick service, though; they were able to recover my deleted files from the SD card within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that requires any assistance with file retrieval
