Absolutely terrible company. I followed all the instructions on their rebate and the enevelop was returned to me unopened saying "REFUSED". There is no rhyme or reason why it should have been returned unopened to me. Fortunately I influence purchase of lots of PC equipment and will avoid zotac in the future.
Suggest you also buy from someone else like Asus, EVGA or Acer.
