We transferred our credit card processing services to this company because of their lower rates. It has been, by far, the worst mistake. The lower rates do not begin to compensate for the time wasted on trying to get charges released for payment. We had a great long-standing relationship with our prior company with literely no problems other than an occasional terminal glitch which they always corrected ASAP. We started our relationship with CardPayment Solutions in Dec. 2009 and have ended it, quite abruptly, on Mar. 10th, 2010, and have returned to our prior service who are happy to have us back and have even matched their rates.
As far as we are concerned, this company has no business being in business. There is absolutely nothing that they did right by us.
