This Company promises but does not deliver. Homeowners beware! My husband and I hired this company to do A loan modification on our home loan we hired them in April 2010 and have had no results to date and it is now September,Our home is in foreclosure proceedings and we had to come up with A substantial amount of money to reinstate our loan in order to keep our house. Please do not use this company they failed their contract with updates every 7days, they have very little communication with the homeowner with not A lot of details when asked for info.( homeowner always had to call or send e-mail for updates. They have not sent the financial analysis asked for by homeowner they supposedly submitted to mortgage company. They have A money back gaurantee NO monies refunded to date 9/02. A total of $2995.00. Please be careful whom you trust with your home.
