Service is Terrible

We signed up and had nothing but problems processing our payments. When we cancelled they did not process our cancellation and failed to tell us that. We continue to be charged monthly fees even though cancellation forms are submitted.
They do not communicate with you when there is a problem, and getting resolution is impossible.
