EXTREMELY difficult to contact

I was an avid played for 6 years, until one day someone hacked into my account, stole a measly 600,000 neopoints, and TNT froze it immediately. That was April 2nd, 2012. APRIL TWO THOUSAND AND TWELVE. I wrote about 4,000 words about my account. I gave
them ancient proof that I owned those pets SO many years ago. I gave them everything I had. They haven't TOUCHED IT. I have pestered them, within that time, growing more frantic as the year-mark approached (you know how they like to ignore you and then tell
you they can't unfreeze it). I have contacted every email I thought was possible I mailed the staff members. I abused the 'report abuse'. I went to the neopian times editorial and asked them to look at my ticket. I even contacted the legal department! It may
sound like a lot, but after about five months of zilch I thought it was time to try waking them up. Didn't work so far. May gosh, I gave them the parental consent form about 11 months ago, and my side remains completely locked down to all privileges. I will
try calling them and faxing them eventually. I will probably mail a few letters to them. That's all I can do besides going down to freaking california and bashing don their doors. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They also ruined the site in their greediness for money, and
all the pets look retarded. That's why I want my old looking ones (unconverteds) back so bad. Ridiculous!
